February 29, 2015 -Monday

I am super excited to invite you to my very first challenge group starting on February 29th. This is a 30 day challenge group and it is open to all fitness levels and any fitness program. The Challenge is to commit to a 30 Minutes a day fitness program, Counting Calories and Clean eating. That is it.  Spring will be here before we know it and this is the perfect time to get started. 


You don't have to commit to be a Beachbody Coach or Shakeology...just you and your health and fitness. I certainly recommend Shakeology and the Beachbody fitness programs. I have never seen the results I'm seeing now with any other fitness programs that I have done. My favorites are P90X3, 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Piyo, Turbo Fire and The Masters Hammer and Chisel. All amazing programs that you will see results. That being said, if you want to join this challenge group for 30 days and commit to walking for 30 minutes a day...that is AMAZING. That is what this group is about. Promoting fitness and health!!!!

Welcome - Introduction

This is my first YouTube video. This video is to share with you a bit about me and it is straight from the heart! I started my journey in March of 2015 and it has been amazing. Over the past year I have learned so much about myself, healthy eating, fitness and the power of our thoughts! Making a lifestyle change all starts in your mind. By you saying I CAN and I WILL.  Making Progress

I finally found a birthday photo of me a little over a year ago. Shortly after this photo was taken I made a commitment to myself to change my life and I have not stopped. I sometimes have moments when I feel like I'm not making progress, but after looking at these photos I can see that my daily baby steps are still working.  

When I look back at that Birthday photo of me turning 39...it brings tears to my eyes. I see the girl who was struggling with the stairs, felt uncomfortable in her clothes, hated to see my reflection...when I went into a public restroom and saw myself I would instantly get upset. The girl that could not run or do a single push up. The girl that could barely hold her self up in down dog. That is the girl that said it is time for me to make a change. That is the girl that said when I turn 40 I want to be in better shape then I was in my 30's. I did it and I'm not going back. My life has changed and with a lot of work and determination anyone can do it. I now believe anyone can make these changes, it just have to be a decision that you make to yourself from deep within your sole. No more...I'll start tomorrow's...start NOW! It is a bumpy road in the beginning. You have to take every ounce of determination you have to do that workout when you really don't want to. You have to force yourself to keep going, but once you start to see results....That is when it clicks! That is when you will be hooked. Take those photos of yourself and tuck them away for a day when you can't believe where you have come! Take those measurements for the times when you think you are noticing a change, but are not sure...you measure and say, wow...I lost 4 inches! 

It doesn't matter what size you are...skinny or overweight....Fitness is important for HEALTHY LIVING! You will notice positive changes in your health with a healthy lifestyle! I have not used my inhaler in over 6 months...my asthma has gotten so much better! Just remember....take that step and don't wait! You will never regret the workout you did, but you will regret the one you didn't do.

WAKE UP EVERYDAY + PUSH PLAY = RESULTS!!!
