The Master's Hammer and Chisel
I am super excited to share with you my thoughts on the AMAZING -The Master's Hammer and Chisel workout program and eating plan. I have been working out to this program for the past 45 days and I am in LOVE! I always get nervous when I start a new program that I will loose what I have worked so hard for....maybe it won't be as good as my P90X3 or PiYo Videos. Well, I am learning that change is good. I had a hard time getting use to a cardio video that I was not jumping around to, but yet the sweat was dripping off my face. Ok ladies...you don't have to fear that you will get big and bulky from lifting weights, you won't. Don't fear the weights!

I am in love with these videos and can't say enough good things about them. If you are looking to get stronger and lean, these are the workouts for you. I can see the definition starting to show in my body. You can do these videos at your own pace. My mom actually has done a few workouts with me and just used smaller weights and went at her own pace. Remember, you can do anything you put your mind to!
