Did you take your measurements?
It is so important to take your measurements before you start a fitness program. You take them tuck them away and forget about them....until......
You start to see results!
When you start seeing or feeling results you will be so thankful you took those measurements. It is especially good to have them when you feel like you are noticing a change, but are not loosing weight.
This happened to me. I felt a change and was very discouraged that the scale was not going down. I remeasured myself and BAM....inches lost!!! This actually was enough to keep my MOMENTUM going!
At this moment I'm at a Plateau :( I know I'm getting stronger and I know I'm still working hard, but the scale is stuck. Looking at these measurements reminds me how far I have come and to
KEEP GOING!
So get out your measuring tapes and get it done!
You will be happy you did!
