Prepare your mind. Once you understand that loosing weight is a way of life and not just a way of eating and working out until the weight is off.....THEN is when you will finally be ready to make the change and start your journey.
I gave myself a year to reach my fitness goals. I knew in my head that I just had to keep going. I knew that even when I hit a plateau....I just keep going....
Now a year later I have lost 55 pounds. I still have 25 pounds to go and sometimes I still get discouraged, but you know what????
I KEEP GOING!
