How do you deal with the Chaos? Do you sleep? Hide from the issues? Do you turn to food?
Sometimes you have to take a step back from your crazy life and take a break. Now that I workout a lot I certainly go to fitness to relieve tension. Did I go toward food at one point? Yup...sometimes I still want to, but I grab the healthy snacks and treats! I have had success, and I'm still working on my goals, but it's not always easy

I am a mom of 4 kids and needless to say, there is a lot going on. I work full time and still find time to exercise and eat right. Yes...at times, like now...it is a struggle. I literally had to force myself this morning to do each and every move in my video. I got through it. I am taking a slight step back now as there is a lot going on and I being healthy sometimes means to lay off the workouts a little bit!
I also am dealing with my Protein issue again..or is it lack of carbs? It is a bit scary. It is a combination of things....lack of protein, high energy workouts, not eating the carbs I'm supposed to eat and not taking rest days!
There is so much more to Health and Fitness than I ever imagined. Eating the right foods to fuel your body when you are working it hard everyday can be a challenge. I drink my Shakeology every day and I get 20g of protein right off the top. You realize when you are working out how important eat right is to maintain enough energy to keep yourself healthy!
So tonight, I did not do my second workout which is usually a 20 minute run or 20 Min cardio. Have to take care of myself and give my body a rest!
Everything is a balance.
I need to work on balance! No matter where you are on your fitness journey,
there is always something to work on
