What made this time different?
I'm not really sure why this time I have been consistent compared to other times in my life that I have tried to loose weight and be fit??
I think this time I gave myself a solid goal because I was fed up with being overweight. I was just sick of it. I was sick of listening to myself say...
I don't have time...
actually that was my biggest excuse of all!!!
This time around I MAKE TIME. That excuse is non-existent to me now. I have hit a point in my life where I realize that without exercise...I can't keep the weight off.
I like to eat, who doesn't? After I started counting calories I realize how quick and easy it is for them to add up. I realize now that without burning a large chunk of calories off each day, you really can't eat that much. Even good foods add up quick.
Exercise is a NECESSITY! You have to do it.
You need Cardio, Resistance Training and Nutrition!
You need these three things to make your transformation happen. Without one of them, the others with struggle and you just won't get the results you are looking for.
I can't really tell you how to do it..that is for you to discover, just remember that each morning you need to figure out when you are going to workout. Figure out what you have to do the next day and schedule your workout! If you do this, it will be come a habit and you will see results. I'm not going to tell you that you won't loose weight by diet alone, but I will tell you that with exercise you are more likely to be consistent because you are not so limited on calories. Make the workouts a priority!
You just gotta do it!
